​​All parents are automatically members of the Parents and Friends Committee (P&F). Core roles of the P&F are:

• ​To be a forum where parents can air their views, concerns and ideas with other parents and the College Administration. 
• To form an official parents group that is consulted by the College Administration.
  
• To raise funds to provide special material support for College developments. While most of these funds are raised by the P&F Levy, assistance is also sought in raising funds from the wider community and government grants.
• To provide representatives on College committees from the College Board, canteen, and development of future educational directions.

The P&F also offers practical assistance to students who excel in sporting, artistic, academic or community activities in district, regional, state and national teams.
